Flickr’D!: Our first winner, Di!

Every month or so (sometimes more, sometimes less) we’ll pull from our Flickr Group and highlight an honorary Demoiselle with a token of our affection, as well as our collective awe in the face of her beauty, grace, confidence and style.

Our first honorary Demoiselle is Diana.

bio-pic-jenJennifer Nicole says: How do you do it, girl?  I’ve known miss Di for a while now, yet every time I see a photo of her I’m awed by how put-together she looks.  She doesn’t seem to have off days, and I think it’s because she truly loves her shape, style and look.  The thing I love most about this outfit is that it has sex appeal: her va-va-voom lips and sexy (not slutty) cleavage show the world that yes, she feels sexy and no, she’s not afraid to show it.  She keeps it classy, though: I’ve noticed in her Flickr photos that she finds just the right amount of skin to show (short shorts! strapless dresses!) but doesn’t go overboard.  Her style is the epitome of what a girl with meat on her bones should be wearing: clothes that showcase her assets while telling everyone just how confident and beautiful she is.

bio-pic-elleMiss Elle says: I have to admit: once I saw this photo in the Flickr group, I was hypnotized. The perfect belting, the length of the dress, and the beaming smile all screamed “I’m damned proud of who I am!” – and that is a call that I cannot resist. Typically, I’m a stickler when it comes to leggings/dress length specifications, and would usually consider this dress too short – but I stand corrected, as the texture of the leggings in combination with the crisp, sleekness of the dress creates an eyeful of interest, while still remaining demure and classic.

Congratulations, Di! We’d like to present you with these beautiful, handmade earrings from Wiyomu, an Etsy seller. We think that they’re classic, delicate, yet bold – just like you!

Diana: please contact us with your name and address so we can send you a token of our gratitude for being an honorary Demoiselle!
